Transaction Currency:
All transactions on myaro.store are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank or card provider will handle the currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate, and you may be subject to an international transaction fee. We display prices in USD throughout the shopping and checkout process to ensure clarity and consistency.

Authorization Holds (Pre-Authorizations):
When you place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your payment method for the total order amount, including tax and shipping. This is a standard industry practice to verify the availability of funds. Important: This is a hold, not an immediate charge.

  • If your order is approved and ships: The hold becomes a finalized charge, and the funds are transferred to Myaro LLC.

  • If your order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled: The authorization hold is released. The time it takes for the hold to disappear from your account depends entirely on your bank’s policy, typically ranging from 1 to 10 business days. Myaro LLC does not control this release timeline.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipping to destinations within the United States where Myaro LLC has a tax nexus, in compliance with state and local laws. For international orders, customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT/GST levied by the destination country. These are not collected by Myaro LLC at checkout and are payable directly to the shipping carrier or local tax authority upon delivery.

  • Authorization Hold Present After Cancellation:

    • Solution: As noted above, the release timing is controlled by your bank. Please allow up to 10 business days for the hold to be removed. If it remains beyond that, contact your bank with the date and amount of the authorization.
