We strongly encourage you to inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Prompt notification of any problems, particularly with damaged items, is essential for us to provide a swift resolution.
II. Return Eligibility: Conditions, Timeframes, and Non-Returnable Items
A. General Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item must meet ALL of the following criteria:

3. Damaged or Defective Item Received

Costs: Myaro LLC covers all costs for replacements due to damage/defects. Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until instructed by our team.
IV. Step-by-Step Return Process
To ensure your return is processed accurately and swiftly, please follow these steps meticulously:

Do not send returns to our corporate mailing address in Florida.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Return.

Securely repackage the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

For “Change of Mind” returns, ship the package using a traceable and insured carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Retain your proof of postage/shipping receipt.

For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Potential Deductions:
For “Change of Mind” returns, the refund amount may be subject to the following deductions:

Return Shipping Costs: You bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price may be applied to cover the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item, especially for open-box items that require re-validation. This fee will be clearly communicated before you finalize your return authorization.
Refunds for Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a different item, we will process a refund for the returned item and charge you for the new item. Any price difference and associated shipping costs will apply.
VI. Exchanges
We currently facilitate exchanges through a return-and-repurchase process for simplicity and speed:

When your original return is received and inspected, we will process the refund for that item.

VII. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments – Special Instructions
Your immediate action is crucial:

Inspect Immediately: Inspect your package upon delivery before the carrier leaves. If the box is severely damaged, you may note this on the delivery receipt.

Document & Contact: If items inside are damaged or incorrect, take clear photos of the shipping box, all internal packaging, and the damaged/incorrect item(s) from multiple angles.

Email Us: Send these photos along with your order number to khanhhuyen.llc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Hold Items: Do not discard any items or packaging until you receive explicit instructions from our team, as we may need to file a claim with the carrier.
VIII. International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for:
